5-minute Super Food Vegan Green Smoothie

- 1 teaspoon of Spirulina
- 1 tablespoon of Ginger
- ½ cup of frozen Pineapple
- ½ cup of frozen Mango
- 1 cup of Spinach/Kale/Leafy green
- 1 cup of Coconut Water
- 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (optional)
- 1 banana
- Tightly pack Spinach or other leafy greens into a cup
- Blend greens with 1 cup of coconut water. Blend until smooth and there are no chunks left
- Add pineapple, mango, ginger, banana, and spirulina into the blender
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Bonus - add less coconut water for a thicker base, pour into a bowl and top with your favorite topping to create a breakfast bowl.
