5-minute Super Food Vegan Green Smoothie

Green Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of Spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon of Ginger
  • ½ cup of frozen Pineapple
  • ½ cup of frozen Mango
  • 1 cup of Spinach/Kale/Leafy green
  • 1 cup of Coconut Water
  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (optional)
  • 1 banana 

Instructions :

  1. Tightly pack Spinach or other leafy greens into a cup
  2. Blend greens with 1 cup of coconut water. Blend until smooth and there are no chunks left
  3. Add pineapple, mango, ginger, banana, and spirulina into the blender
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Bonus - add less coconut water for a thicker base, pour into a bowl and top with your favorite topping to create a breakfast bowl.
